How this site is organized

  • Start here is the short version: what to say, what to ask, what to avoid.
  • Core documents are the source of truth. The game plan links to the exact plan section or deck slide behind each fact.
  • Versions: a released plan or deck is never edited. Each change makes a new numbered file (-v3.html, ...) and every version is kept. The versions and change log page lists them all and is rebuilt with python changes/build_changes.py.
  • Notes and feedback is a dated log. Add each new page to notes/ as YYYY-MM-DD-topic.html and list it at the top here. The shared menu for those pages is in assets/nav-snippet-subdir.html. The decision log records what was decided on each round of feedback and which version carries it out.
  • Samples are OnRounds demo pages, kept as is.
