How versioning works

v3 change log

Version 3 settles the three pending items P-1 to P-3, decided Oct 14, 2026: the satellite rent wording is clarified (the $320K number does not change), the MD2 Houston fee is updated to $26,000 a year, and Houston Methodist's $110M Brockman gift is added. No pro forma numbers changed. See the decision log.
